The best way of cooking the pizza is following this steps:
- Preheat oven to 200ºC (upper and lower heat without fan).
- Do not remove the dough from the fridge until you are ready to use it.
- Roll out the dough and spread it over the oven tray lined with baking paper. Avoid letting the paper touch the walls of the oven.
- Fill with your chosen ingredients.
- Bake in the oven until golden (according to chosen recipe*). The oven temperature should not be higher than 220°C. *Cooked without filling: 12–15 min. Cooked with filling: 40–45 min.
